Engraved 2 ply Laminate Labels, Signs and Markers (21st Century Traffolyte)
SwitchMARK®’s weather resistant, UV stabilized, impact resistant acrylic laminated labels (often referred to as 21^st century Traffolyte) are suitable for both indoor and outdoor signage applications, and are available in an extensive range of statutory colour combinations.

There is a variety of thicknesses to choose from; 0.08mm, 1.6mm & 3.2mm, and they can be customised with holes or mark point to whatever shape or size required.

Front engraved labels are a laminate impact acrylic with a micro coat top coat which is engraved through to expose the contrasting secondary layer’s colour. Did you know you can choose from “wood”, “granite” or “metal” plastic finishes?

These engraved laminate signs are the most common method of labelling, and are supplied with industrial strength double sided tape or holes for fixing. Uses include switchboards, valve tags, control panels,mimic plates, and door nameplates.

Reverse Engraved Laminates
For areas where an engraved sign is not suitable or where hygiene is critical, we use reverse engraving laminate to produce a smooth, germ free surface which can be easily cleaned. This material is ideal where such surfaces are essential; such as health / medical applications, age cared and hospitality fields. With no engraving or indents to harbor bacteria, this meets all infection control standards.

Suited to both indoor and outdoor applications, this durable high impact acrylic is produced with a clear acrylic top coat, and a micro surface reverse coat which is engraved through and paint filled from the back, to produce a colour contrast, and comes in a range of colour options.

LaserLIGHTS® 0.1 mm mircosurface 2ply with 0.03 acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive
Especially designed for the laser engraver, super thin and completely flexible, extremely durable, with excellent exterior properties including resistance to water, solvents, abrasion, and extreme temperatures. Ideal for wrapping around pipe marking.
